ManagerCircle is a free network where commercial property and facility managers ask each other for real recommendations and find the vendors their peers trust — before they hire a stranger.

Every manager has been burned by a vendor who looked fine on paper. The information that actually matters — did they show up, was the work right, would you hire them again — lives in private conversations between managers, not on a public listing page.
From elevators to window washing, finding a contractor for one trade is hard enough. Doing it across every property type is exhausting.
A listing doesn't tell you whether a vendor handles your kind of property, your kind of problem, or your kind of timeline.
The manager down the street has the answer you need. There's never been an easy way to find them and ask.
No bidding wars. No quotes. Just a trusted professional network with vendor intelligence built in.
A free, portable profile that stays with you — even if you change companies or properties.
See the vendors Austin managers trust, with real contact info you can use today.
Post a question — "anyone have a good elevator vendor in NW Austin?" — and get answers from other managers.
See upcoming BOMA, IREM, IFMA, CREW, ARMA and AAFAME events in one place.
Look for the Verified badge. Verified vendors appear first when you search.
Vendor profiles show a real name, email and phone, so you can reach the right person.
We're not another bidding platform. We built this to be the opposite of one.
Claim your vendor profile. Managers see your real contact info, not just a front office line. No lead-gen spam, no bidding wars, just managers finding you and reaching out directly.
Managers see your direct email and cell number, not just a front office line.
You're not competing on price in a race-to-the-bottom RFP. Managers reach out because a peer recommended you.
Verified vendors show a badge and appear first when managers search.

We're in conversations with the Austin chapters of BOMA, IFMA, and CAI about introducing ManagerCircle to their members. No formal partnership exists yet — we'll share names here as they're confirmed.
